Roles we usually hire for:
- Insulation InstallerRemoval, air sealing, blown-in and spray foam as part of a two to three person crew. Training provided.
- Crew LeadRun the job on site: set-up, quality, customer walk-through and clean-up.
- Home Performance InspectorInspections, blower door testing and explaining findings to customers in plain English.
