We find the cause before we sell you anything
Most insulation quotes start with a product: more blown-in, a radiant barrier, a spray foam package. The price is ready before anyone has properly looked. We start with a diagnosis, because heat through the roof deck, cool air leaking out of the ceiling, wet old insulation and leaky ductwork all need different fixes.
Full inspection
We get into the attic, underbelly or roof space, check depth, condition, moisture and pests, and photograph everything.
Blower door test
We measure how leaky the building really is, so air sealing is based on a number, not a hunch.
Ducts & airflow
Leaky ducts in a hot attic can waste a big share of what your AC produces. We check before blaming the insulation.

The blower door: the tool most insulation companies don't bring
A blower door is a calibrated fan fitted into an exterior doorway. It pulls air out of the building so outside air rushes in through every hidden gap: around recessed lights, top plates, attic hatches, duct boots and wall penetrations.
With it running, our crew can find leaks by feel and with a smoke pencil, seal them, and watch the leakage number drop. It turns air sealing from guesswork into something you can measure.
